The terms, privacy practices and refund policy that govern using NexSoftX. This is written to be usable as-is, but it is not a substitute for a lawyer's review.

Terms & Conditions

1. About NexSoftX

NexSoftX acts as a reseller and facilitator of genuine third-party software subscriptions. We are not the original software vendor; all software remains subject to the respective vendor's own terms of service.

2. How Orders Work

All enquiries, plan confirmations, and order details are handled over WhatsApp. No order is confirmed until both the plan/duration and price have been explicitly agreed in writing over WhatsApp.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry. The price confirmed on WhatsApp before payment is the final, binding price for that transaction.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed using the method shared with you on WhatsApp. Activation begins only after payment is confirmed on our end.

5. Activation

Subscriptions are activated on your own account/credentials within the timeframe confirmed for that specific product. Activation timelines are estimates and may vary based on vendor-side processing.

6. Subscription Ownership & Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscriptions are for your own use and may not be resold, shared, or transferred without our written consent.

7. Renewals

We will reach out ahead of your subscription's expiry with renewal options. Renewal is not automatic unless explicitly agreed.

8. No Refunds / No Returns

See our Refund Policy below — all sales are final once a subscription has been activated.

9. Support

We provide WhatsApp support for the duration of your active subscription for activation issues and general queries related to the subscription we provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

NexSoftX is not liable for service interruptions, feature changes, or policy changes made by the original software vendor, as these are outside our control.

11. Trademarks

All product names, logos, and brands (Adobe, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn, Autodesk, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where NexSoftX is registered/operates.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We do not run a backend database. Any details you enter into an enquiry form (name, WhatsApp number, software of interest, message) are used only to compose a WhatsApp message that you choose to send — nothing is stored on a server.

2. Campaign Data

Basic campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) may be automatically included in that WhatsApp message so we know which channel an enquiry came from. This is used internally for marketing purposes only.

3. WhatsApp Communication

Once you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this one. We retain WhatsApp conversation history as needed to provide support and process your order.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., page-view tracking) to understand traffic and improve the site. No personally identifying data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Links

Our site links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.

6. Your Rights

You can request that we delete any WhatsApp conversation history we hold about you at any time by messaging us directly.

This policy may be updated periodically; the latest version will always be posted on this page.

Refund Policy — No Returns

All subscription sales are final.

Because subscriptions are activated on your own account immediately upon confirmation, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once a subscription has been successfully activated — including for change of mind, reduced usage, or dissatisfaction with the third-party software itself.

The only exception: if NexSoftX is unable to activate your subscription due to an error on our part, we will either (a) provide a replacement activation at no additional cost, or (b) issue a full refund of the amount paid for that specific subscription — at our discretion, resolved case by case over WhatsApp.

Refunds are never provided for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer, violation of the software vendor's own terms of service, or misuse of the activated account.

All subscriptions remain subject to the original software vendor's own terms and policies in addition to this one.

Questions about a specific order should be raised on WhatsApp as soon as possible after activation.
